About SCECSAL XXVI
The Standing Conference of Eastern, Central and Southern African Library and Information Associations (SCECSAL) is a regional forum for Library and Information Associations in Africa. It is a non-profit organization that was established in 1977 to promote the development of libraries and information services in the region. SCECSAL has a membership of over 20 National Library and Information Associations from Eastern, Central, and Southern Africa.
