The Venue
The Prideinn Paradise Resort is located at the coastal town of Mombasa. Its approximately 20kms from the Moi International Airport and the Mombasa SGR Terminus.

Visa Requirements
Beginning January 2024, Kenya adopted a Visa free policy. All visitors to the country will receive their visas at the port of entry FREE OF CHARGE.
Air Travel
Many airlines travel to Kenya. The country has two international airports. The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi and the Moi international Airport (MIA) in Mombasa. Most airlines use the JKIA and connect to MIA using the local Airlines. However a few airlines travel directly to MIA in Mombasa. Taxi services are readily available from either of the airports.

Railway Transport
There is a Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), passage transportation that runs on schedule efficiently. The service runs three scheduled trains to and from Mombasa as indicated below.

Road Transport
Transport within Mombasa is readily available through use of public transport vehicles and taxis. Both traditional cabs and online taxi services are easily accessible.
Communication
Mombasa is well covered by mobile telephone providers. The internet connectivity rate is also very high. Those intending to use local mobile phone services will be required to buy SIM cards and Register them in line with the country’s laws.
Security & Safety
Kenya generally is a very secure country. Mombasa is very safe and insecurity incidences are very few. However, participants are advised to be alert and report any suspicious incidents to the hotel Security or the police. As the venue is located along the beach line, participants are advised to, adhere to any guidelines issued in regard to the use of the swimming pools and swimming in the ocean.
